The Self-Monitoring Project

The self-monitoring project provides an introduction to the functional analysis of a behaviour. You will select a behaviour that you display frequently and monitor it for a period of time. Following this, you will develop an intervention based on the principles of operant conditioning which will aim to modify the behaviour in some way.
